1. About London Kitchen Fitters

London Kitchen Fitters is an independent online directory and enquiry platform for kitchen fitting, kitchen supply and related trade services in London. A business appearing in the directory is not, by that fact alone, employed, approved, vetted, guaranteed or endorsed by LKF.

2. Directory information

Business information may come from the business itself, publicly available sources and third-party services such as Google business information. We aim to keep listings useful and accurate, but businesses change their services, contact details, availability and coverage. Users should confirm important information directly with the business before engaging it.

3. Reviews and third-party information

Where Google ratings or reviews are displayed, they are attributed to Google and remain third-party information. LKF does not create those reviews and does not guarantee that third-party information is complete, current or error-free.

4. Quotes and enquiries

When you submit an enquiry or request a quote, LKF may use the information you provide to respond to your request and, where appropriate, to connect you with relevant businesses. A quote, estimate, discussion or introduction does not create a contract with LKF for the trade work. Any contract for work is between you and the business you choose.

5. Choosing a business

You are responsible for deciding whether a business is suitable for your project. Before appointing a contractor or supplier, consider checking identity, qualifications, insurance, references, written quotations, warranties and any licences or registrations relevant to the work.

6. Paid placements and advertising

Some businesses or third parties may pay for enhanced listings, featured positions, advertising, additional service categories, additional areas or other promotional services. Paid visibility does not constitute an endorsement or guarantee of workmanship.

7. Website availability and external links

We may change, suspend or remove website features or content. Links to third-party websites are provided for convenience. We do not control those websites and are not responsible for their content, availability, security or privacy practices.

8. Intellectual property

The LKF website design, original text, branding and other original material are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Third-party names, logos, photographs, reviews and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.

9. Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes liability where exclusion would be unlawful. To the extent permitted by law, LKF is not responsible for losses arising from reliance on inaccurate third-party listing information, the acts or omissions of an independent listed business, or a contract entered into between a user and a listed business.
