Business Listing Terms

These Business Listing Terms apply to businesses displayed in the London Kitchen Fitters directory and to businesses that claim, update or purchase services connected with a listing.
1. Free directory listings
LKF may create a basic business listing without charge using information supplied by the business or publicly available business information. A basic listing may be limited to one primary service category and one primary London area. Inclusion is not an endorsement, accreditation or guarantee by LKF.
2. Unclaimed listings
A listing may initially be marked or treated as unclaimed. An authorised representative of the business may ask to claim, correct or update the listing. We may request reasonable information to confirm authority to act for the business.
3. Listing accuracy
Businesses are responsible for ensuring information they provide is accurate, lawful and not misleading. LKF may correct formatting, categorisation or obvious errors and may remove information that is irrelevant, unlawful, misleading or unsuitable for the directory.
4. Service and area categories
LKF controls the directory taxonomy and may select a primary category or area based on available information. Additional service categories or areas may be offered as paid upgrades. A listed area is a directory classification and does not guarantee that the business accepts every job in that location.
5. Enhanced and paid services
LKF may offer featured placement, additional categories, additional areas, advertising, website services, qualified enquiries or other promotional upgrades. Prices, duration and the scope of a paid service will be stated when ordered. Paying for visibility does not create an endorsement or guarantee leads, enquiries, sales, rankings or revenue.
6. Business web pages
Where LKF provides a hosted business web page, information may be generated from the corresponding directory record. Unless otherwise agreed, the page remains part of the LKF website and platform. Businesses should notify us of material inaccuracies.
7. Reviews and third-party content
Third-party ratings and reviews, including Google information where shown, are attributed to their source. Businesses must not ask LKF to fabricate, alter or misrepresent independent reviews.
8. Enquiries and leads
LKF may introduce users who have submitted project enquiries. Businesses are responsible for deciding whether to respond and for all subsequent communications, quotations, contracts, workmanship, payment arrangements and regulatory obligations.
9. Removal, suspension and changes
LKF may suspend, amend or remove a listing where necessary for accuracy, security, legal compliance, misuse of the platform or serious concerns about the information displayed. A business may request correction or removal of its listing, subject to any lawful reason for retaining particular records.
10. No search-ranking guarantee
Directory inclusion, a hosted web page or a paid upgrade does not guarantee placement in Google or any other search engine. Search engines independently determine crawling, indexing and rankings.
