3. Quotations & Pricing

  • All quotations are free and non-binding, unless stated otherwise

  • Quotes are based on the information provided and site surveys

  • Prices may change if:

    • The scope of work changes

    • Hidden issues are discovered (e.g. structural, plumbing, electrical)

    • Materials or specifications are altered

Any changes will be discussed and agreed before proceeding.

4. Booking & Payments

  • A deposit may be required to secure a booking

  • The remaining balance is payable upon completion or as agreed in writing

  • Late payments may result in delays or suspension of work

Accepted payment methods will be confirmed at the time of booking.

5. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate information about the property

  • Ensure access to the site during agreed working hours

  • Remove personal belongings from the work area

  • Obtain any necessary permissions (e.g. landlord or management approval)

Delays caused by restricted access or missing approvals may affect timelines.

6. Installation & Timeframes

  • Estimated timeframes are provided in good faith

  • Delays may occur due to:

    • Supplier issues

    • Weather conditions

    • Structural or unforeseen problems

We will always aim to complete work efficiently and keep you informed.

7. Materials & Appliances

  • Client-supplied materials must be suitable and fit for purpose

  • We are not responsible for defects in customer-supplied products

  • Manufacturer warranties apply where applicable

Any issues with supplied goods should be addressed with the manufacturer or retailer.

8. Variations & Additional Work

Any additional work requested outside the original agreement may incur extra charges.
All variations should be agreed in writing before work begins.

9. Cancellations

  • Cancellations should be made as early as possible

  • Deposits may be non-refundable if materials have been ordered or work scheduled

  • Cancellation terms will be explained at the time of booking

10. Warranty & Workmanship

  • We stand by the quality of our workmanship

  • Any issues must be reported within a reasonable timeframe

  • Warranty does not cover:

    • Normal wear and tear

    • Misuse or damage caused by third parties

    • Manufacturer defects beyond our control

11. Liability

  • We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses

  • Our liability is limited to the value of the services provided
